By booking an appointment or using any service at Glow of Grace Hair Salon, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Cancellations

A valid credit/debit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged a fee.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or a shortened service.

Payments

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied, you must express that before leaving your appointment
All hair and haircare sales are final. if you order the wrong texture you may exchange only if packaging is still in tact hair is unused .

If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
