Appointments & Cancellations

A valid credit/debit card may be required to hold your appointment.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged a fee.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or a shortened service.

All hair and haircare sales are final. if you order the wrong texture you may exchange only if packaging is still in tact hair is unused .
